Jay is the Founder and CCO of Hundred Percent, a new independent agency focused on Building Brands With Heart. He is the father of three young girls, a mediocre hockey player and an avid sailor. Known for work that blurs the lines between advertising, entertainment, and social good, Jay has made the Adweek Creative 100 and Adweek's list of the 50 most Vital Leaders in Tech, Media, and Marketing.

Under his creative leadership, Saatchi & Saatchi New York was named Creativity Innovators “Comeback Agency of the Year. Key campaigns included the #BetterForBaby platform for Pampers, the innovative “Greenlight a Vet” movement for Walmart, and the pop culture hit "Marshmallow Only" contest for Lucky Charms featuring Biz Markie. Prior to his time at Saatchi & Saatchi New York, Jay spent nearly eight years abroad at Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney and Leo Burnett Sydney, where he lead the largest mass participation event in history for WWF Earth Hour and won the Cannes Media Grand Prix for Canon Photochains. 

He then opened an entrepreneurially driven office for Leo Burnett in NY. There he produced an Off Broadway play for the Village Voice and helped grow upstart Chobani to a billion dollar brand.

Throughout his career, Jay has worked on and lead many of the world's iconic and global brands, including Pampers, Walmart, Tide, Head & Shoulders, The United Nations, Tecate, Smirnoff, Samsung, BMW, Subaru, Cheerios, Canon and Chase, to name a few. He has served on the Worldwide Creative Boards of both Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi. And his work has been recognized at every major award show, including Best of Show at the One Show Entertainment Awards, 38 Cannes Lions, Cannes Media Agency of the Year, Cannes Media Grand Prix, Clio Hall of Fame, MTV VMAs and has been accepted into MOMA NY.
